National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2016


    (1) The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification no. S.O. 4090 (E) dated 19th December, 2016 has delegated the powers and functions to the Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Shillong, under the following sections of the Companies Act, 2013 & vide this notification, it has superseded the earlier notifications dated 10th July, 2012, 21st May, 2014 & 22nd May, 2014 issued in this regard.

Power to give approval for altering the provisions of memorandum and articles of Company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013

2. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 20th December, 2016 has notified National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment )Rules, 2016 to further amend the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016These rules shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
